Alliance Drive is in south Richmond, out past the residential streets toward the flatter light-industrial edge of the island. A session there is a drive rather than a walk for most people, and the surrounding streets are far quieter than anything in City Centre, which matters when you are arriving with a newborn, a car seat, a change bag and a partner who has not slept properly in a fortnight.
Fine-art finishing is meant for printing and hanging, and it deserves to be taken seriously rather than treated as an upsell. Photographs that live on a phone are photographs nobody looks at. Booking for newborn work runs well ahead of the due date, since the session usually happens in the first couple of weeks, which makes this a conversation to have while you are still pregnant rather than after the birth.
