Cleaning Services
Family-owned commercial cleaning company headquartered on Viking Way in Richmond, running janitorial contracts from Chilliwack to White Rock. Clients include offices, warehouses, schools, medical and dental clinics, gyms, stratas and car dealerships.
Almost nobody thinks about commercial cleaning until they become responsible for a building. The work happens after everyone else goes home, the standard is invisible when it is being met and glaringly obvious when it is not, and the difference between contractors shows up in staff turnover more than in anything written on a proposal. Arodal is a family-owned company running janitorial contracts from Chilliwack to White Rock, headquartered on Viking Way.
The client list tells you about the range: offices, warehouses, schools, medical and dental clinics, gyms, stratas and car dealerships. Clinics and schools sit at the demanding end of that, because both carry requirements ordinary office cleaning does not, and holding those contracts means keeping trained crews rather than sending whoever happens to be free. Stratas are their own species of client again, since the person you answer to is a council with opinions rather than a single facilities manager.
Viking Way runs through the Bridgeport industrial estate on the north side of Richmond, in the belt of warehouses and light industry between the river and Bridgeport Road. It is a logical base for a company covering the whole valley, with the highway connections east and south all within easy reach and no need for a customer-facing address. This category gets priced by the site, so expect a walkthrough and a written scope before anyone gives you a number. Ask what happens when a regular crew member is away, because that is where these contracts usually come apart.
