Cooney Road is where a lot of the city's professional services sit, running parallel to No. 3 one block back, between Lansdowne and Brighouse. Law firms, accountants, medical offices and clinics fill the buildings along it, and Lansdowne station is a short walk, which is worth knowing when you are coming in for a signing and would rather not think about parking on the day. Ask which lawyer would actually handle your file when you call. That answer matters more than the name on the door.
