Alderbridge Way runs east to west through City Centre, parallel to Westminster Highway, through the part of Richmond that has gone from car dealerships and low warehouses to towers in about fifteen years. It is not a strolling street. You drive or take transit to a specific address, which is worth knowing so you do not turn up expecting a row of shops around it. Lansdowne and the No. 3 Road corridor are both close by, so a cake pickup folds into other errands without much detour. Build in more time than the drive alone suggests, because traffic through this grid at the end of the day is not what the map implies.
