Blundell Centre is that plaza. It sits at No. 2 Road and Blundell in the middle of one of Richmond's older residential grids, doing the ordinary work of a neighborhood mall: food, prescriptions, a haircut, garment care. If you live anywhere in the Blundell and Seafair half of the city, it is already on a route you drive, and that is most of the advantage here.
Two questions are worth asking before leaving anything expensive on the counter. The first is turnaround, because it varies and a week matters when the wedding is on Saturday. The second concerns the awkward items: suede, a down jacket, curtains, a wedding dress. Not every counter handles all of that in house, and knowing what gets sent out elsewhere, and how much time that adds, is worth the thirty seconds it takes to ask. Settle the cost at drop-off rather than at collection. That advice holds anywhere.
