Almost nobody drives through it without a reason to be there. It is also central enough to reach most of Richmond quickly, which is what you want from a service call. For anything beyond a small repair, get the scope in writing and confirm that permits and inspection are included where the work requires them. That is the part homeowners most often discover late.
