Electricians
Small Richmond electrical company run by a Red Seal journeyman, taking on panel upgrades, added circuits and lighting, smart-home wiring, EV charger installs and emergency repairs for both houses and commercial spaces around Metro Vancouver.
Ask for a load calculation first if an EV charger is what you are after. Much of Richmond is older single-family housing on service that was never designed with a car charger in mind, and the calculation on a house like that often points to a panel upgrade before anything else can proceed. The answer determines the cost of everything that follows. Finding out early is much cheaper than finding out halfway through.
JMEC is a small Richmond outfit run by a Red Seal journeyman, taking on panel upgrades, added circuits and lighting, smart-home wiring, EV charger installs and emergency repairs, working on houses and commercial spaces across Metro Vancouver rather than only in the city it is based in. The trade credential is the relevant detail on work like this, and it is a fair thing to ask about anywhere.
The address sits on No. 2 Road, but this is a trade that comes to you, so treat it as a contact point rather than a shop to visit. Three questions are worth putting to any electrician on the phone: is the work being permitted, who is pulling the permit, and does a copy of the paperwork come to you at the end. That documentation is what a buyer's lawyer wants when you eventually sell the house, and it is far harder to reconstruct later than to request now. Get the quote in writing before anything begins.
