Pacific Coastal Homes Ltd. is a Richmond-based custom home builder founded by Doug Loewen in 2004. Doug started his career as a realtor before becoming a trade contractor, and after building several homes for his own family he became a registered building professional and founded Pacific Coastal Homes. Since then he has completed more than 200 projects — including 80+ new custom homes and 50+ full renovations — across Richmond's own Steveston, Seafair, Terra Nova, Broadmoor and Riverdale neighbourhoods, working with the same trades he's known for decades and staying on every project from the first walkthrough to the final coat of paint.
Ground-up custom homes designed around your lot and how your family actually lives.
Whole-house renovations, from opening up a closed-off main floor to a full interior rebuild.
Move-in-ready new homes, built with the same crew and care as a custom build, backed by new home warranty.
Layout, plumbing, cabinetry and finishing for the two rooms that make an older home feel dated fastest.
