Plenty of people in this city will drive across Richmond rather than switch a fussy animal onto something else, which tells you how narrow the substitution really is.

That form of development has been good for small independent shops here, because the units are smaller and cheaper than mall space and they face the street directly. Brighouse station is close and the stretch is walkable, which is not something anyone gets to say about most of Richmond. Anyone considering an adoption should treat a first visit as a conversation rather than a decision.
