Wide-format printing, signage and vehicle wraps from a Surrey shop that keeps sewing, hemming and installation in house, plus film and TV backdrops.
A printed banner is not finished when it comes off the press: it still has to be hemmed, stitched and fitted with grommets before anyone can hang it. All of that happens on the premises. Large and wide-format digital roll printers and UV flatbed printers sit alongside a separate roster of finishing equipment, and printing, sewing, hemming, finishing and installation are all handled internally, so a job runs from prepress through to a mural fixed to a wall or vinyl wrapped over a vehicle.
Among the product lines, several are fabric-based. The shop prints textiles and apparel, offers silicone edge fabric printing and sells a branded MaiaTex fabric backdrop. Custom wholesale fabric can be ordered from as little as five metres in length, and the width varies with the fabric chosen. Since sewing, hemming and grommeting sit on that same in-house roster, a fabric order does not have to travel to a second supplier to be finished.
City street banners for Surrey Memorial Hospital and printing for the Museum of Surrey sit in the portfolio alongside the commercial work. Published categories run to construction development signs, real estate signs, retail signs and storefronts, outdoor and transit advertising, festival and event signage, election signage, city beautification, interior decor, exhibit displays and fleet graphics. Backdrops and translights for film and television form a separate line of work, and a production designer with IATSE Local 891 is one of the named testimonials on the homepage.
Trading since 1993, the family-owned business operates as a division of New World Screen Printing Ltd. Its Canadian premises are at unit 210, 17667 65A Ave, Surrey, BC V3S 1Z8, and the Cloverdale District Chamber of Commerce lists it under printing and typesetting services; a second address is given in Los Angeles. On its Langley service page the company names Langley Township and City, Willoughby, Walnut Grove, Brookswood, Murrayville, Fort Langley and Aldergrove, offering trade show displays, wall murals, fence banners, window graphics, vehicle wraps, textile printing and building wraps in those areas.
