La Cachette Spa sits firmly on the clinical side, with laser hair removal in the same half of the menu and signature, collagen, dermaplaning and vitamin C facials at the gentler end.
Those first treatments carry real downtime and real contraindications, which makes the consultation the important part of the appointment. Come with your skin history, any medication you are taking, and an honest account of how much sun you get, because that last one changes what a technician will and will not do to your face in July. Booking laser work without that conversation is a gamble.
Estheticians trained in-house is the detail worth noticing. Technique varies enormously between operators in this category, and a practice that trains to its own standard is more likely to give you the same result on the fourth visit as on the first. The No. 3 Road address puts it in City Centre, walkable from the Canada Line, in the run of ground-floor units filling the corridor between the malls. That matters for a course of treatments rather than a single visit, since these are services you come back for on a schedule, and a location you can reach without driving makes the schedule easier to keep.
