A dedicated dry eye service is the other distinguishing feature, and dry eye gets dismissed as a minor complaint right up until it stops being manageable. Treating it properly takes equipment and time rather than a bottle of drops off a shelf. Anyone driving out from the west side should build in extra minutes each way, since the eastern roads carry farm and truck traffic that does not move quickly.
